Ian’s work commitments made it impossible for him to visit site. We were recommended by the pump supplier, and via video phone call and google mapping we were able to supply a quote to Ian to which he accepted. We delivered power to the liveable shed and power to a pump location taking into consideration the voltage drop needed to start the pumps. In this case, it was a Star/Delta starter (taking root 3 of 7 times locked rotor current on start up, as opposed to soft or DOL starters). We submitted all the Energex paperwork on Ian’s behalf and completed the pole installation, meter panel, additional switchboard and underground power connection.
